100 Jili Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 100 Jili website — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or claiming any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Each person may hold only one registered account at 100 Jili. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is a violation of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You also agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. 100 Jili is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone or allow any other person to access your account. 100 Jili will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of a player sharing their login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact 100 Jili support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy, or any tool designed to mask your actual location when accessing 100 Jili.

All deposits and withdrawals at 100 Jili are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There are no fees charged by 100 Jili on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows may experience additional delays.

100 Jili may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and not a reflection of any suspicion. Providing accurate and timely documentation ensures your withdrawal is not delayed.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or the wrong amount is credited to your account, 100 Jili reserves the right to correct the error. If a game or transaction malfunction occurs and results in an incorrect balance, the correct balance will be restored after investigation and any winnings from the incorrect balance may be void.

100 Jili offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, rebate promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In case of any conflict between the general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 100 Jili promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must wager ₱20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. This will be specified in each promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or wagering deadline. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the requirement is not met within the stated period.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to the official result as reported by the relevant governing body (PBA, NBA, UFC, ONE Championship, or other applicable body). 100 Jili reserves the right to void bets if a match is postponed, abandoned, or if there is credible evidence of match manipulation.

All casino game results at 100 Jili are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by our licensed game providers. These RNGs are independently tested and certified. 100 Jili does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed in-game.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live bet or game round, the round will be settled according to the state of the game at the time of disconnection, or the bet will be voided — whichever is more appropriate given the circumstances.

• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any multiplayer game to unfairly affect outcomes.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings gained through known software errors are void and must be returned.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any limit, exclusion, or promotional restriction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 100 Jili staff member or other player through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other anonymising tool to access 100 Jili from a restricted jurisdiction.

100 Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of any promotional offer.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified.
• A player requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not due to the player's fault — for example, if the player requests it or if 100 Jili discontinues a service — the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after any valid outstanding wagering requirements or withdrawal processing is completed.
